1. Single core plain copper/ aluminium conductor (Conductor area 1.00 to 630.00 sqmm)
2. Single core plain copper conductor for panel board wiring (Conductor area 0.50 to 400.00 sqmm)
3. Multicore flexible plain copper conductor (Conductor area 0.50 to 95.00 sqmm)
Multicore round flexible cables (6 cores to 30 cores)
4. Submersible Flat Cables (Conductor area 1.5 to 50.00 sqmm)

 

Construction: The conductors for cables are made from high conductivity EC Grade copper/ aluminium according to IS-8130/ 1984
Insulation: The conductors are insulated with high Di-electric grade PVC Compound according to IS-5831/1984

 

Cores are identified by colour scheme of PVC insulation. The following colour scheme is adopted.

 

1 Core	Red, Black, Yellow, Blue, White or Grey.
2 Core	Red, Black
3 Core	Red, Black, Green
4 Core	Red, Yellow, Blue, Green
5 Core	Red, Yellow, Blue, Black, Green
More than 5 Core	Two adjacent core (counting & directional core) in each layer are coloured Blue & Yellow respectively & remaining cores Light Grey
